Made from grapes carefully selected in the Marchesi Antinori’s best Tuscan vineyards. After ageing for twelve months in French, American and Hungarian oak barriques, the wine matures for a further eight months in the bottles. This is a complex, well-structured wine with soft, stylish tannins.

The wine is ruby red in colour with intense aromas of cherries, mint and especially chocolate. On the palate the wine is ample in body, supple and with velvety and soft tannins, long and savoury.
