Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is organised by Heinemann Duty Free Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (HDFM) and is valid from 1 August until 31 October 2026, or while stocks last, whichever is earlier.
2. The physical voucher must be presented prior to payment for redemption.
3. The voucher is valid only for transactions meeting the minimum spend stated on the physical voucher.
4. The voucher is valid for use only at HDFM stores.
5. Voucher is applicable to selected beauty products at HDFM stores at KLIA Terminal 2. Chanel, Dior and Clearance items are excluded from this promotion.
6. The voucher is valid for in-store purchases only.
7. The voucher is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, loyalty benefit, or staff purchase entitlement.
8. Heinemann Duty Free Malaysia Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to reject any tampered or damaged ticket and will not replace any lost ticket.
9. Any prizes won during the activation are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other cash vouchers, promotional vouchers, discounts, or in-store promotions.

11. HDFM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, HDFM's decision shall be final, subject to the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and applicable Malaysian law.
12. Any personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with HDFM's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
13. This promotion is governed by Malaysian law and images are for illustration purposes only.

5. 此优惠券仅适用于KLIA Terminal 2 HDFM门店内指定香化产品。香奈儿，迪奥及临期产品不参与本优惠活动。
6. 此优惠券仅适用于门店内消费。
7. 此优惠券不得转让、兑换现金，亦不得与其他折扣、优惠券、会员福利或员工购物优惠同时使用。
8. HDFM有权拒绝接受任何经篡改、损毁或无法辨识的优惠券，遗失的优惠券恕不补发。
9. 于活动期间赢取的奖品不可转让、兑换现金，且不可与任何现金券、优惠券、折扣优惠或店内其他促销活动同时使用。
10. 送/卖完即止。
11. HDFM保留随时修改、暂停或终止本优惠活动的权利，恕不另行通知。如有任何争议，HDFM保留最终决定权，但须遵守《1999年消费者保护法令》及马来西亚适用法律赋予消费者的权利。
12. 任何因本优惠活动所收集的个人资料，均将依据HDFM的《隐私政策》及《2010年个人资料保护法令》处理。
13. 本优惠活动受马来西亚法律管辖。所有图片仅供示意参考。
