This wine was created to honor the establishment of the world‘s first Cabinet Cellar at Schloss Vollrads in 1716.On the nose, vegetal and herbal notes push ahead, while cool notes of peach, red grapefruit, citrus and apricot follow, still letting through a sense of minerality.. The slightly salty, tart minerality not only accentuates the wine's special character but, along with the appropriate acidity, accompanies it into a delicately spicy, sweet-tart finish.
