The grapes for the production of Moscato d’Asti Zagara come from vineyards located in the villages of Mango, Neive and Alba, where the soil is particularly rich in limestone and clay and therefore ideal for the Moscato vine. The vineyards are situated on hills with favourable slopes and good exposition, enabling the grapes to mature perfectly. This is the best Moscato in the world: fresh, elegant, well balanced with a flowery bouquet that always keeps its promise in the mouth. Very light and never too sweet. The hills on which it is grown are steep with nice exposure to the sun and quite windy. It is bottled many times per year to maintain its legendary freshness.
