Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot grapes are harvested by hand. Following fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the lees for at least 9 months. This special wine is vintage 2021, which reveals greater structure and minerality due to the specific weather conditions of that year. The result is a wine of remarkable persistence and elegance where the distinctive bouquet makes space for greater complexity and more intense bread crust notes.
