A wonderful, delicious and opulent sweet dessert wine made of the high-quality grape variety Ortega. The wine has a brilliant, golden yellow colour and has an extraordinarily luxuriant, fruity bouquet reminiscent of honey, dried apricots, citrus fruits, passion fruit and peaches. The residual sugar and a virtually stunning abundance of flavours are exceptional. The subtle fruit acidity gives the wine elegance and long storability, despite its opulent sweetness. Serving suggestion: wonderful dessert wine but also excellent with blue cheeses and pâté. Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
