Introducing one of only three Travel Retail Exclusive aged expressions to be released.

Our makers mature the whisky in two different types of casks: American oak casks bringing notes of vanilla and toffee, and Oloroso sherry casks imparting spice and richness.

During the years of maturation, the whiskies subtly absorb the casks complexity, adding intricate layers and refined depth. When the time comes, our craftsmen skilfully bring the single malts from both casks together, an art requiring dedication and years of expertise to achieve just the right balance of depth and flavour.

Double cask matured for a minimum of 13 years, this well-balanced single malt perfectly combines a sweet and fruity character, with layered notes of red apples and butterscotch imparted by the American oak casks. A rewardingly complex whisky, with a sweet and spicy finish.

Nose – A burst of spiced red apple with hints of plum jam and honeydew melon sits above a layer of cinnamon biscuit, soft caramel an d custard. Palate – Freshly baked strudel drizzled with golden syrup, butterscotch and homemade raspberry jam is balanced by grou nd ginger spice. Finish – Sweet, juicy and slightly spicy.
